Trouble shooting
If you are continuously trying to access a page which is not responding, an Email has already been sent to the site administrator. If you feel you would like to provide additional details (browser errors, OS type and version, page link found on, etc.) please do send an email as this will generally help track down the error.
It is possible that if you are having trouble viewing the tutorial content, you may not have Flash 5 installed on your computer system, or your plug-in may be an older version. I suggest that if you do not have Flash 5 installed, you go to Adobe's site and install the Flash plug-in. The tutorials are best viewed and understood in the multimedia environment provided by Flash.
The videos are all compressed in H.263 through Quicktime. Although quicktime is a wonderful technology, it is not entirely stable in all cases, so if you experience problems viewing the video, there is little that I can do to help. I would first suggest that you install the latest version of quicktime which will support H.263 out of the box. This is a fairly stable compression CODEC and should not cause too many problems.
